Dr. Raghavendra Y. B., Technical Head – RMC, Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited, was invited as Resource Person by the Department of Civil Engineering, East Point College of Engineering and Technology (EPCET), Bengaluru, on 15 September 2026, as part of National Engineers' Day celebrations. 

The lecture covered Ready-Mix Concrete Technology, quality assurance, and the practical challenges of turning technical knowledge into effective field practice. The session reinforced the importance of industry–academia collaboration in equipping future civil engineers with industry-relevant knowledge and practical insights.
